Una propuesta de conceptualización del proceso de innovación en los servicios turísticos

Resumen

En este artículo se establece el marco teórico de la innovación en el sector servicios y en especial de los servicios turísticos. Se presenta una revisión de las principales aportaciones teóricas en relación al tema, centrándose en la línea de pensamiento evolucionista de la firma. Se adopta este enfoque porque desde esta perspectiva teórica la empresa es una organización con personas que toman decisiones, con objetivos, comportamientos y capacidades diferentes. Así, bajo la visión evolucionista de la firma se realiza una propuesta para conceptualizar las fases y actividades del proceso de innovación en las empresas de servicios turísticos.
