El Outsourcing en la cadena de suministro en las empresas exportadoras de aguacate en el estado de Michoacán

Resumen

El artículo estudia la implementación del Outsourcing en la industria aguacatera del Estado de Michoacán. Así pues, 25 compañías dedicadas a la exportación evaluaron a 53 empresas que fueron subcontratadas para proporcionar el servicio de transporte terrestre hacia el mercado de los Estados Unidos. El análisis se realizó utilizando un modelo de variables propuestas para este estudio; el trabajo de campo mostró que el Alfa de Cronbach presentó un resultado de 0.923 y se obtuvo una mediana fue de 400 puntos, lo que muestra que los proveedores evaluados muestran una alta eficiencia en el manejo del Outsourcing en la cadena de suministro.
