Impacto de la RSE y Gestión Sostenible de Recursos Humanos en la Sostenibilidad Empresarial

La Responsabilidad Social Empresarial y la Gestión de Recursos Humanos se aplica actualmente con enfoque
estratégico, para satisfacer las demandas de los diversos stakeholders, siendo el Recurso Humano el grupo de
interés primario, directo, clave y de urgente atención por parte de las empresas que operan en el mercado
internacional, por ser a través de quienes se alcanzan objetivos estratégicos, productividad, expansión en nuevos
mercados, construcción de credibilidad y reputación. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo examinar los
factores de Responsabilidad Social Empresarial que tienen mayor impacto en el recurso humano que labora en
empresas medianas y grandes dedicadas al comercio exterior. La metodología utilizada es de enfoque cuantitativo
y descriptivo, se utilizó el muestreo no probabilístico, encuestándose a 302 empleados que se desempeñan en este
tipo de empresas y se aplicó un cuestionario validado por varios autores. Los resultados demuestran que el
recurso humano valora prácticas de Responsabilidad Social Empresarial que garanticen igualdad de
oportunidades, desarrollo del recurso humano, la diversidad e inclusión, el comportamiento ético del líder, la
satisfacción y el bienestar del recurso humano, factores que se constituyen en base fundamental para que la
empresa desarrolle sostenibilidad y competitividad empresarial. No obstante, las empresas de este sector no han
llenado totalmente las expectativas de su stakeholder recursos humanos, siendo sustancial para el éxito de las
empresas.
