Liderazgo ético: su relación con el Work engagement o compromiso laboral del Talento Humano

El liderazgo ético influye positivamente en el work engagement del personal administrativo,
contrarrestando riesgos psicosociales y mejorando la competitividad institucional a través de
la integridad de los directivos. Este estudio, validado en la Universidad Técnica de Machala,
demuestra que la transparencia y los valores éticos fomentan un clima de alta confianza,
incrementando la retención del talento y asegurando el éxito estratégico organizacional.
