Regulación e Hidrógeno Verde en la Transición Energética Mexicana

El ensayo analiza la transición energética mexicana desde la interacción entre eficiencia regulatoria, crecimiento económico, comercio exterior, energías renovables e hidrógeno verde. A partir de una revisión documental y de una síntesis analítica de literatura académica y técnica, se argumenta que la reducción de emisiones de CO₂ no depende únicamente del aumento de capacidad renovable, sino de la existencia de reglas estables, infraestructura de red, financiamiento, coordinación institucional y legitimidad social. Se concluye que el
hidrógeno verde puede ampliar la descarbonización en sectores difíciles de electrificar, siempre que se integre a una política energética coherente, transparente y orientada a la transición justa.
