The main objetive of this research work is to verify the goodness of the hedonic pricing methodology to the valuation ofreal estate, by obtaining a simple with offer prices of the middle and semi-luxury sesement, being in our study the Price as the dependent variable and a serie ofindependent variables that influence the price, it is inteded explain in a more objetive way the market value segment, being in our study the price as the dependet variable anda series ofindependent variables that influence the Price, it is intend ed to explain in a more objetive way the mart value.
